The product
From call to clean note in three steps.
aftercalls captures both sides of any business call, writes a transcript and summary that knows who said what, and files everything into your team's shared archive — searchable, taggable, ready to share. You start the call. We do the rest.
Speakers
Speaker labels that learn the team's names.
Every voice on the call gets its own track. Rename a speaker once and every mention of them updates everywhere — the transcript, the summary, the action items, the participant chips. The whole record reads with real names without a second pass.
- Two-channel recording so your voice and theirs never merge
- Automatic speaker detection inside each channel
- Org-wide vocabulary for names and acronyms transcription keeps misspelling
- One rename, everywhere — no find-and-replace

Summaries
Summaries you can paste straight into the email.
Every call ends with a third-person summary that names everyone. No first-person "I said this, then they said that" — write it like you would write a recap to your team. Action items come as a separate checklist, short, attributed where the call makes that clear, and skippable per organization if your calls don't need them.
- Third-person voice, every participant named
- Short paragraph form — typically 4 to 8 sentences
- Action items split out as their own list with assignees
- Disable for entire org, or per-call, if a recap isn't useful for that conversation
Summary
Priya and Jordan discussed Acme's current call-notes workflow. Jordan reported that note-taking is ad-hoc and that follow-up action items often slip. Priya proposed a two-week trial of aftercalls, focused on the sales team's discovery and demo calls.

Archive
An archive your team can search, tag, and share.
Every call lands in your team's shared archive, organized by day. Calls auto-tag themselves with the customer, the meeting type, and the topics raised, so your archive stays browsable instead of becoming a wall of recordings. Share a single call as a read-only link with an expiry; admins can revoke any link instantly.
- Filter by tag, speaker, date, customer, or meeting type
- Saved views for the queries you run weekly
- Read-only share links with optional expiry and instant revoke
- Highlights for the moments that mattered (decisions, follow-ups, questions)
