The team portal
Where the team's calls become institutional memory.
The aftercalls web portal is the other half of the product. It's where calls land, where the team reviews them, and where admins manage everything that needs managing — roles, sharing, vocabulary, audit logs, integrations. Built for the person who isn't on the call but is responsible for what comes out of it.
Search and filter the archive your team is building.
Every call from every teammate lands in the same shared archive, organized by day. Filter by tag, customer, meeting type, speaker, or date range. Save the filter sets you run weekly so they're one click away. Press a keyboard shortcut from anywhere in the portal to jump straight to a call by name.
The archive is the institutional memory of every conversation your team has had. Most teams discover after a few weeks that their archive has answered a question they would have spent an hour digging for: when did the customer raise that concern, what did the founder say in the last design review, who was on the third call about pricing.
- Filter by tag, customer, meeting type, speaker, or date
- Saved views for the queries you run weekly
- Keyboard shortcut to jump straight to any call by name
- Unread indicator next to calls you haven't opened yet
- Activity dashboard for admins — calls per teammate, per week, per customer
Calls
Action items as a first-class object.
Every call's action items collect into a shared queue. Mark them done from the portal. Send them to the rest of your stack with a webhook.
Most note-taking products treat action items as text inside a summary. We treat them as their own list — visible across calls, checkable in place, and pushable to the tools your team already uses to track work. If you have a CRM, calls about a customer push their action items onto that customer's record. If you have a webhook destination, every action item created on a call posts to it within seconds.
- Cross-call action-item view, filterable by assignee or customer
- Outbound webhooks fire when action items are created or completed
- Push to your CRM via the integrations page (Zoho today, more on request)
- Disable summary and action-item generation per organization or per call when the recap isn't useful

Sharing that doesn't lose track of itself.
Read-only links per call, optional expiry, instant revoke. The audit log shows exactly who has opened a shared link.
Sometimes you need to send the call to one person without giving them an aftercalls account. Generate a read-only link, set an expiry (an hour, a day, a week, or never), and send it. The recipient can play the audio, read the transcript, see the summary — but cannot edit anything, and cannot share onward. Revoke the link and access stops the next time it loads.
When the call is internal-only, sharing is off by default at the org level. Admins decide which teammates can mint links at all.
For non-owner access inside the team, every read is logged. If your manager opens a call you recorded with a customer, you'll see them in the access log next to the call. The log is not a punishment tool — it's transparency. Most teams find it makes admins more careful about which calls they open and why.
- Read-only share links with optional expiry
- Instant revoke from the call's share menu
- Org-wide control over who can mint links
- Per-call audit of every non-owner read
The admin surface.
The pieces an admin needs to run aftercalls across a real organization without becoming the bottleneck.
Roles and invites
Invite teammates by email or via SSO. Owner, admin, and member roles. Disable a user's sessions instantly.
Org vocabulary
Names and acronyms that transcription keeps misspelling. Add them once, every future call honours them.
Recording-app allowlist
Choose which call apps the desktop agent is willing to start recording for. The list grows from observed apps as the team uses them.
Recording-notice mode
Off, user-choice, or enforced chime. One setting, applies to everyone in the org. Surfaced to users on the agent's start screen.
Audit log
Every admin action, every non-owner read, every share-link mint. Exportable as CSV for your security team.
Single sign-on
Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, and Zoho on request. Once enabled, password sign-in can be disabled org-wide.
