If your sales team lives in Zoho CRM, every call your reps record with aftercalls lands on the matching deal as a fresh activity entry. Transcript, summary, action items, and a link back to the audio — pushed onto the deal seconds after the call wraps. No copy-paste, no per-rep training, no integration to maintain.
This page is the Zoho CRM connector — live, self-serve, org-wide. It's a different thing from Zoho SSO, which we enable on request as a sign-in option. If you're after sign-in only, mention SSO in the email and we'll route it.
What lands on the deal.
Every call attached to a deal gets a single activity entry — clean, scannable, and linked back to the full record in aftercalls.
What we push
- Title of the call (auto-generated, editable in aftercalls)
- Third-person summary, fit to the activity-note size
- Action items as a checklist on the activity
- Link back to the call detail in aftercalls
- Call duration and timestamp
- Participant names, where the speakers are known
What we update if it changes
- Edits to the summary or action items in aftercalls re-sync to the same activity entry — no duplicates.
- If you mark an action item complete in aftercalls, the checklist updates in Zoho.
What we don't push
- The raw transcript — by default. The activity stays scannable; the deep link goes to the full record in aftercalls.
- The audio file. The activity has a link back to aftercalls; reps can play the call from there.
- Highlights, private notes, or anything tagged "internal only."
If you'd rather we did push the transcript
Org-wide setting in the admin page. We can attach the full transcript as a note instead of (or alongside) the summary. Off by default because most teams find the deal pages cluttered when every transcript is duplicated into Zoho.

How matching works.
Every call gets matched to the right deal without anyone telling aftercalls which one. The matching is deterministic, transparent, and overridable.
When a call wraps, aftercalls looks at the participants and the call's other context. If a participant's email or phone matches a contact in your Zoho org, we walk back to the accounts and deals linked to that contact. If we find one open deal, we attach the call to it. If we find more than one, we score the candidates by recency, deal stage, and deal owner — the rep who took the call usually has exactly one good match.
The match path is shown on the call's record in aftercalls, so if it picked the wrong deal, you can see why and reassign in one click.

Open the Integrations page in the aftercalls portal
Click Connect Zoho. You'll be sent to Zoho's OAuth screen.

Authorize aftercalls against your Zoho org
The OAuth scope is read+write on Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Activities. Nothing else. Zoho lists the exact scopes on the consent screen.

Confirm match settings
By default, all open deals are eligible to receive call activity. Exclude stages or pipelines you don't want pushed to.

From this point on, every call your team records lands on the matching deal. The desktop agent doesn't change at all.
